Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Evosoft Global Private Limited for your IT consultation, subscription-based web app products, and development needs. We strive to provide a seamless experience, but it is important to understand our policies regarding cancellations.

No Refund Policy

  • Once a subscription or product is purchased from Evosoft Global Private Limited, the transaction is final. We do not offer refunds for any products, subscription fees, or services, including but not limited to one-time purchases, recurring subscriptions, and custom development services.
  • This no-refund policy applies regardless of whether the product or service has been used or accessed. Any fees paid for services, including but not limited to setup fees, consultation fees, and subscription charges, are non-refundable.

Subscription Cancellations

  • Customers may choose to cancel their subscriptions at any time. However, canceling a subscription will stop the automatic renewal at the end of the current billing period but will not trigger a refund of the subscription fee for the current billing period.
  • When a subscription is canceled, you will still have access to the purchased services until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, the service will be deactivated.
  • If you do not cancel your subscription before the renewal date, the subscription will renew automatically, and the applicable fees will be charged. No refunds will be issued for any automatic renewals.

Service Modifications or Upgrades

  • If you choose to modify or upgrade your subscription, any payments already made for the current period are not transferable and will not be refunded. The upgraded or modified plan's fees will be charged accordingly.
  • If you downgrade your subscription plan, you will not receive a refund or credit for the unused portion of the higher-tier plan. The new plan will take effect in the next billing cycle.

Custom Development and Consultation Services

  • For custom development, consultation, or other one-time services, once the service has commenced or a purchase order has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be provided.
  • For projects billed based on milestones, payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable. If the project is terminated before completion, the customer is responsible for paying for any work already completed.

Exceptions to the Policy

  • If applicable laws in your jurisdiction mandate refunds or cancellations under certain circumstances, we will comply with those legal obligations. Such exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the law.
  • In cases of significant and prolonged service disruption solely caused by us, we may, at our discretion, offer compensation in the form of service credits rather than refunds.

How to Cancel a Subscription

To cancel your subscription:

  • Provide Details: Please include your account details, subscription information, and reason for cancellation.
  • Confirmation of Cancellation: Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we will process the cancellation and send a confirmation email. The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
